The layout of Daily, Weekly and monthly reports, varies with the nature of the projects, but the main idea is always the same. All reports would have to be accurate and confirmed by the supervision and the owner, as the data in one report is reflected in all other reports.

Daily reports are added up to form the weekly reports and weeklies are reflected in the monthly reports. The data in such reports would reflect the scale of the work done on that and up to that date, the progress of the item and progress of all of the project, giving the owner a clear path and states of the project.

In order to understand the procedure and the time scheduling of every task to meet the deadline, a correct list of activities down to the most controllable levels are prepared, depending on the present information or experience, and a time is estimated or calculated for every task, giving it a sense of limit.
